Building on more than 25 years of experience as CEO of arts and cultural nonprofits, Ramona provides consulting services to support individuals and nonprofits across the U.S. as they plan for and navigate operational, strategic, and financial challenges.
From Coaching to Board Development, from Strategic Planning to Executive Search, Ramona works to ensure that individuals and organizations can not only meet the challenges of today but plan for the successes of tomorrow.
Ramona is also a frequent speaker and facilitator, and has lectured in colleges and communities throughout the U.S. as well as in China, Russia, Australia, and Northern Ireland. She is the author of several articles and monographs that address a range of topics from nonprofit arts leadership to public funding for the arts.
In addition to her consulting practice, Ramona is the Director of the Master of Arts in Arts Administration Program (MAAA) at Goucher College.
